Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price covers everyone in the car and their luggage, VAT included.

What happens if my flight is late?

Your chauffeur tracks your flight and waits for you, so a delay does not cost you extra.

Where do I meet my chauffeur?

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Exact details are in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes, until 24 hours before pickup unless your booking says otherwise.

Do you drive across borders?

Yes. We cover Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, and drive to Germany and France, for example Brussels to Paris or Amsterdam to Düsseldorf.

Can you handle a delegation or an event?

Yes. Send a proposal request with your dates and programme; we plan the vehicles and send one proposal.
